Step One:

Find an item that interests you and the please fill out the ordering form(including Size,Color,Height etc.) in any item info page. Then add it to your shopping cart using the 'add this to my cart' button at the bottom of item info page. When you have chosen the items you want, you can review your cart by clicking 'Shopping Cart' button which appears in the top part of the page.

Step Two:

When you are ready to complete your order, just click 'Go to Checkout' button in the 'Shopping Cart' info page. It will link you to the 'Log in' page. If you are a new customer, you need to fill out the registration form to register a account. And if you registered before, please Log in your account.

Step Three:

We offer two methods to check out.
First is "Express Check Out", no requirement of site register which will link you to the "Paypal paying page", and you can pay with Credit Card or you own Paypal.Second is "Standard Check Out", requirement of site register.

Check the Shipping Information to see if there is any mistake. You can change the Shipping Address by click "change your address" button. There is a ???Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order??, and if you have other requests, you can write here to tell us. If it is alright, then click "continue checkout" button to check your payment information and choose your payment method.

Step 2 of Standard Check Out Payment Information

Check the Payment Information to see if there is any mistake. You can change the Billing Address by click "change your address" button. In this step, you can see the total cost of your order. Sometimes, we will give discounts about our products. If you have our discount coupon, you can write the redemption code here. Then select the payment method. With the first payment method, you can pay with both Paypal and Credit Card and without sharing your financial information. With the second payment method, you need to pay with Paypal. Also, there is a "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order", and if you have other requests, you can write here to tell us. If it is alright, then click "continue checkout" button to confirm your order.

Step 3 of Standard Check Out Order Confirmation

This is the last step before checkout. Check the Billing/Payment Information & Delivery/Shipping Information. Take a look of the Special Instructions or Comments and Order Confirmation to see if there is any mistake. If you need to change any of them, click "edit" back to the page to edit them. If the information is correct, then click "confirm the order" button. It will link you to the "Paypal paying page", you can pay with Credit Card or you own Paypal.

• Arm Girth: Relax your arm and measure around the largest part of the upper arm.
• Width of shoulder: Measure from the arm base to other arm base.
• The sleeve length: The elbow slightly bent,from the sleeve head through the external edge of the elbow to the wrist.
• Height: Stand straightly and measure your height without shoes (from Head to Toe) . Also measure the height of your wedding shoes.

VPonsale ships all items through Fedex / UPS International Air Express to world wide. The shipping time of FedEx usually takes 2-4 business days.
In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you'll receive your order:



Processing Time:the period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product. After we confirm the size with you though the email we will ship the dress out within 8 working days.

If you cancel the order after you give us the permission to process your order, you just can get half refund.

Shipping Time: the period of time from when the item be shipped by Fedex to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 3 - 5 business days.

When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online - FedEx or UPS.

II. Return Policy

At vponsale.com, we do our best to ensure that all dresses are produced perfectly and according to the willingness of our customers.
Our team of design and manufacture experts inspects the style and the size of the dresses several times during the production process.
We also make sure that during delivery the dresses are protected with a durable to make sure it will not be deformed or damaged through the delivery.
In the event if we do the dresses in wrong size, wrong color, and wrong style etc.not same as you required in the email, you may return them to us and get a FULL refund
(shipping costs NOT included) OR a NEW dress..
(Only one can be availed - a one time replacement OR refund).

Terms and Conditions:

• First should email us pictures of dresses to check the color, size, and style etc.
• The above policy is only valid if and when:
• Returns are made within 7 days of receiving the dresses.
• Customer contacts Customer Service WITHIN 7 Days of receiving their dresses.
• The returned item must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
• A tracking number of the returned dresses must be provided to our Customer Service team together with the reference code issued.
• Should the customer decide to choose a dresses of higher value, the difference will be charged.
